The new system will be available at 94 Thai embassies and consulates worldwide, helping streamline visa procedures through an easy-to-use online platform (www.thaievisa.go.th).
Who Needs an E-Visa?
If you’re from one of the 93 visa-exempt countries, you don’t need to apply for an e-visa! Travelers from these countries can still enter Thailand visa-free for up to 60 days.
The e-visa system is mainly for those applying for work, student, and other long-term visas. The good news? The process is fully online—once approved, you’ll receive your e-visa confirmation via email, which you can print and show to airlines and immigration officers upon arrival.
