China International Travel Mart

The China International Travel Mart alternates between Shanghai and Kunming annually. Last year’s event was in Shanghai, meaning this year’s fair will likely be in Kunming. It is the largest travel trade show in Asia, featuring 2,500 booths in its previous edition.

International Travel Expo (ITE) Hong Kong

Held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, ITE Hong Kong is the city’s only international travel fair. The event is co-located with the MICE Travel Expo, catering to both trade and public visitors.
Indonesia
ASTINDO Travel Fair

Organized by the Association of Indonesia Travel Agents, the ASTINDO Travel Fair offers a wide range of travel deals, drawing more than 18,000 visitors. The fair features giveaways, special prizes, and exclusive travel packages.
Japan
Tourism Expo Japan
Date: 25 – 28 September 2025
Organized by Japan’s top travel organizations, this year’s fair will take place in Aichi’s Sky Dome. The first two days are reserved for B2B meetings, with public access starting later. Tickets begin at ¥1,300.
Malaysia
MATTA Fair Kuala Lumpur
Date: 18 – 20 April 2025
Held at MITEC, the national MATTA Fair draws over 180,000 visitors per edition. The fair includes Matta Connect, an outbound B2B event, and the MATTA Tourism Talent Expo.
MATTA Fair Penang
Date: 24 – 25 May 2025
Penang’s version of MATTA Fair will be held at Setia Spice Arena, featuring a new Domestic Zone to highlight Malaysia’s tourism industry. Admission is free.
Philippines
TravelTour Expo

Organized by PTAA, the TravelTour Expo offers exclusive domestic and international travel deals. It takes place at SMX Convention Center Mall of Asia, alongside the iTTE B2B trade mart.
Philippine Travel Mart

One of the Philippines’ biggest travel fairs, the event saw over 60,000 visitors in 2023. The 2025 details are yet to be confirmed.
Singapore
NATAS Travel Fair
Date: 28 February – 2 March 2025
Singapore’s largest consumer travel fair will take place at Singapore Expo Halls 4 and 5. Over 70 exhibitors will participate, with stage performances and philanthropy booths featured.
South Korea
Seoul International Travel Fair
Date: 5 – 8 June 2025
One of South Korea’s premier travel fairs, this event is organized by KOTFA. The first day will feature the 4th World Tourism Industry Conference, with UN Tourism’s support.
Taiwan
Taipei International Travel Fair
Date: 7 – 10 November 2025
Held at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Centre, this is Taiwan’s largest travel fair. It features domestic and international exhibitors, with cultural performances and a mascot parade.
Thailand
Thai International Travel Fair (TITF)
Date: 16 – 19 January 2025
Hosted at the Queen Sirikit National Conference Centre, TITF’s 30th edition saw 1,100 exhibitors and 160,000 visitors. A Business Matching session was held before the public opening.
Vietnam
Vietnam International Travel Mart (VITM)
Date: 10 – 13 April 2025
Held in Hanoi, VITM 2025 focuses on sustainable tourism under the theme “Developing Green Destinations, Elevating Vietnam Tourism.” The event will feature cultural performances and exclusive travel deals.
International Travel Expo Ho Chi Minh City (ITE HCMC)

With over 400 exhibitors and 26,000 trade visitors expected, ITE HCMC will take place at Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center. An Online Expo platform will also be available.
